We are seeking an experienced Live-in Gardener to join a prestigious private country estate in Berkshire.

Approximately 120-acre private estate
Formal gardens and landscaped grounds
Mature woodland and forest areas

Professional 3-person gardening team

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining formal gardens and lawns
Planting, pruning and hedge cutting
Tree and shrub care
Woodland maintenance
Caring for the estate’s lake surroundings
Greenhouse and kitchen garden maintenance
Operating professional gardening machinery
Assisting with landscaping projects
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience on private estates or luxury properties
Strong horticultural and plant knowledge
Full UK driving licence
Legal right to work in the UK
Relevant horticultural qualifications, certificates or licences
PA1 & PA6 certificates preferred
Chainsaw certificate desirable
Excellent references
Reliable, professional and discreet
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
40–45 hours per week
Occasional weekend work during busy seasons.
